§1 General Provisions

- A customer may be any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit with legal capacity.
§2 Offer and Products
- The store conducts retail sales of small electronics via the Internet.
- All products offered in the store are brand new (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
- Product information constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of legal provisions.
§3 Placing Orders

- 24 hours a day

To place an order, the customer can:
- create a user account
- or make a purchase without registration
- A condition for order fulfillment is providing correct contact and address details.
§4 User Account
- The customer can create an account in the store.

The account allows for:
- tracking orders
- saving data for future purchases
- The customer is obliged to provide truthful data.
§5 Prices and Payments
- All prices are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT (if applicable).

Available payment methods:
- bank transfer
- card payment
- BLIK
- The order is processed after the payment has been credited.
§6 Delivery

Deliveries are carried out in Poland via:
- InPost
- DHL

Delivery cost is:
- 9.99 PLN
- or 0 PLN in case of promotions
- Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
§7 Withdrawal from the contract
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 21 days from receiving the goods without giving a reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller must be informed via e-mail.

The goods should be returned to the address:
ul. Metalowców 13/32, 37-450 Stalowa Wola - The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
- Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from receiving the return.
§8 Exceptions to returns
- Do not return products in which battery damage is visible from the outside.
- Such products should be disposed of at designated collection points in accordance with local regulations.
§9 Complaints
- The customer has the right to file a complaint in case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract.

- order details
- Complaints are processed within 21 days.
§10 Personal Data
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders and managing the user's account.

The customer has the right to:

- correct them
- request their deletion
- The customer can subscribe to the newsletter (email subscription).
§11 Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated.
- For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the store's website.
